私の人生は今日始まる、
見るもの聞くこと触るもの
全てがみんな新しい、
全てに楽しく面しよう。
過去をみんな忘れ
「もうあれ見たよ」、
「もう聞いたよ」「もう知ってるよ」など言わないで、
全てを毎朝新しい感覚で受け取ろう。
この世に生きるのは素晴らしい、
沢山の素晴らしいものが待っている、
毎日生まれたばかりの赤ちゃんには、
興味あることばかりだ。
生まれたばかりの赤ちゃんより楽だね、
言いたいこと言えるし、下手上手い関係ない、
もう何を食べたい、何を飲みたい知ってるし
加えてトイレット訓練も要らないよ。
毎日何か学ぼうよ、
読んだことない本を読み、
奇妙な言葉の意味探し
知らない人や友達に話し、恋に落ちる、
何千という自然の不思議さが
見つけられるのを待っている。
年取ると記憶が弱くなる、
毎日が新しいと記憶など関係ない、
赤ちゃんは思い出すこと何もない、
毎日が新しく始まる。
毎日を新しく生きるのは素晴らしい！
何も記憶すること要らないし
見ること聞くこと全てが新しい。

Let’s face everything with excitement.
Forget the past and let’s forget about saying
“Oh I’ve already seen”,
“I’ve already heard” or “I already know.”
Go with a brand new set of senses each morning.
The world is an exciting place to live,
Many wonderful things are waiting to be discovered,
When you are a new born baby everyday,
Your curiosity is endless.
You have more advantages than a new born baby,
You can express yourself, good or bad doesn’t matter,
You already know what to eat and drink,
On top, you don’t need a toilet training.
Let’s learn something new everyday.
Read books you’ve never read,
Find what a strange word means,
Talk to strangers or friends and fall in love with,
There are thousands of nature’s amazing wonders
Waiting to be discovered.
Memorizing goes poor as we go older,
That doesn’t matter since each day is new,
There is nothing to remember,
You start everyday anew.
Living each day anew is wonderful!
You don’t have to remember anything,
And what you see everyday is something new.
